Position Overview
Designs and implements secure connectivity, interoperability, performance, and operational integration between on-premises, private-cloud, and public-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement VPNs, dedicated interconnects, SD-WAN, private connectivity, routing, segmentation, and DNS integration.
- Configure cloud and enterprise network services, including virtual networks, firewalls, gateways, load balancing, private endpoints, and transit routing.
- Support identity federation and secure access across hybrid environments.
- Analyze network latency, packet flow, bandwidth, application performance, and user-experience issues; recommend remediation.
- Implement or support Azure Arc, AWS Systems Manager, VMware Cloud Foundation, Google Anthos, or equivalent hybrid-management tools.
- Support disaster-recovery design, testing, and failover/failback operations across hybrid environments.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of network, infrastructure, hybrid-cloud, or systems engineering experience; 3+ years with enterprise networking, firewalls, VPN, routing, segmentation, identity integration, or cloud networking. Azure Network Engineer, AWS Advanced Networking, CCNP, VMware VCP, or equivalent preferred.
