Position Overview
Leads end-to-end program execution and serves as the contractor’s primary point of contact for agency stakeholders, technical leads, partners, and internal delivery personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project kickoff, integrated project plan, staffing, budget, schedule, risk register, dependencies, quality assurance, and closeout.
- Translate the statement of work into a work breakdown structure, milestone schedule, deliverable acceptance plan, and responsibility matrix.
- Coordinate cloud architects, engineers, security personnel, data specialists, and customer stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Lead status meetings, executive briefings, technical reviews, change-control discussions, and issue-resolution sessions.
- Track performance against milestones, budget, quality measures, deliverables, and customer acceptance criteria.
- Manage migration-wave coordination, cutover communications, go/no-go meetings, hypercare periods, rollback decisions, and knowledge transfer.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, management, or related discipline; 8+ years of IT, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data, or enterprise technology delivery leadership; 3+ years managing complex cloud, hybrid infrastructure, migration, or modernization programs. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or comparable credential preferred.
